A Time to Breathe

With all that is going on in the world, I thought it was a good moment to take time to breathe.  Emotions are high right now and we need to allow our body time to rest and regenerate when we are stressed emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  This episode is a little dose of self-care for the entrepreneur.
